Denise has a degree in English literature and is the Operations Manager for the Colorado National Monument Association, a nonprofit national park cooperating association that raises money for the Colorado National Monument by offering memberships and running a bookstore.

Steve has a degree in history, is a former US Army sergeant and veteran of the original Gulf War, and, due to MS and a chronic lack of ambition, is retired. (Yay!)

We met in college and have never looked back.

We both enjoy writing, but more than that, we enjoy the range of experiences life has to offer us, from the great outdoors to the big city, from hiking in the woods to window shopping downtown. We love good books, good films, good food, proper tea, and antiques. Our love for each other continues to grow.
